We call this a "Faith Bracelet" because you can start this at baptism, and then add a charm for First Communion, Confirmation, Baccalaureate, and more!
This example shows the name on the heart, baptism date on the round disc, the birthstone, and it is all finished with a cross charm on the back of the adjustable sterling bracelet.
It is adjustable so it can be worn by an infant (with supervision of course) through about 7-11 years of age before a new chain would be needed.
